What’s New

Scallop, Vines & Wave Template

Eleanor Burns has developed a heavy gauge plastic template to make fancy finishes for any quilts. The template can be used to make a vine and leaves border, a waved edge, or a scalloped edge. 
A 16-page booklet is included with each template with instructions on its use. This template can be used with any quilt that you wish to dress up with a unique finish.

In store demos to be given for the month of February.

Block of the Month

The Farmer’s Wife Pony Club – We would like to get together the 3rd Friday of the month to work on the blocks. Discussion will be given on different block constructions. Great project for scrap fabric. Requirement: Purchase of book.  Call to sign up if interested.

First session: February 17 at 9:30am -12:00pm

 

WIN House Tote Bags

Volunteer Project to resume February 15 at 1-4pm. Total bags sewn are 112.

 

Family Day Weekend

Open Saturday February 18 from 9:30am – 5:00pm

Closed Sunday & Monday so our staff can spend time with their family

 

Store Hours

All workshops are first come, first serve. Payment is due upon registration. Workshop fees are non-refundable. Workshops will be cancelled and fees refunded if minimum registration is not met.

All registrants must bring a sewing machine in good working order and must have basic knowledge of their machine.

 Please bring necessary sewing notions to the class. These include a rotary cutter and mat, 6” x 24” ruler, measuring tape, straight pins, chalk marker and scissors. Please label your notions.

All workshops are for adult sewers unless specified for kids or teens.
